With more than 20 years’ experience in private practice, Kristy advises private-sector and government clients across a range of industries and sectors and manages large, complex disputes in the District, Supreme and Federal Courts levels involving contract, construction, property and corporate matters, as well as defamation, insurance and debt recovery.

Kristy is known for her approachable manner and delivers strategic, commercially focused advice to resolve complex disputes while mitigating risks and balancing each client’s commercial objectives and reputational considerations.

Kristy also has experience in Royal Commissions of Inquiries and investigations, and has a strong interest in alternative dispute resolution, particularly mediation. She represents clients in mediations, negotiations and throughout the course of litigation.
