Zenith Energy Acquires Peel Renewable Energy

Zenith Energy recently acquired its first non-resources asset in Peel Renewable Energy, which also saw the company take ownership of the renewable microgrid that is WA’s first to be integrated into an industrial estate – the Peel Renewable Microgrid.
As part of the unique deal, Zenith will take on responsibility for the supply of power to Peel Business Park, a new industrial estate south of Perth being developed by DevelopmentWA.
The acquisition is the first step in Zenith’s diversification strategy, and puts us at the forefront of Australia’s energy transition.
