Eimear is a lawyer in our litigation and dispute resolution team. Her interests span corporate and commercial law, with a particular focus on consumer law, arbitration and disputes arising at the intersection of law and emerging technologies.
Before joining Grondal Bruining, Eimear was an Associate at the Federal Court of Australia (to the Hon. Justice Jackson). In that role, she gained exposure to a diverse range of matters. She has also published an article on manufacturer liability for safety defects in machine learning‑integrated medical devices.
Eimear completed her Juris Doctor at the University of Western Australia where she was recognised on the Dean’s List and represented her university in two national mooting competitions.
