Rebecca is a junior lawyer in Grondal Bruining’s corporate and commercial team. She assists clients across a broad range of matters including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, business structuring and restructuring, shareholder arrangements, and commercial contracting.
Rebecca was admitted to practise in New Zealand, where she worked as a solicitor for a national commercial law firm. Having moved to Perth in 2025, Rebecca brings her experience in advising businesses on transactional and regulatory matters.
