Kylie is a commercial lawyer with experience working on a broad range of transactions and agreements in the areas of energy, oil & gas, resources and infrastructure.
Kylie's expertise includes advising major energy and resource companies and energy utilities on transactional, commercial and regulatory matters. She provides advice on issues including asset acquisitions and disposals, energy regulation, gas and electricity retail issues and upstream & downstream energy contracting. Kylie has experience in drafting key commercial contracts, including renewable energy project agreements, power purchase agreements, battery storage agreements, gas supply contracts, gas transportation contracts and confidentiality agreements.
Kylie also provides advice in relation to competition law and infrastructure access, including regulatory and access law advice in relation to energy networks and railways.
Kylie most recently worked as a Lawyer in the Energy, Resources & Infrastructure and Competition teams with global law firm, Ashurst.
