Grondal Bruining celebrates three years

The Principals and team at Grondal Bruining are pleased to be celebrating our three year anniversary. It is a good opportunity to reflect on the achievements of the firm over this time.

The story of Grondal Bruining starts in 2016 when we saw a gap in the market for a quality legal services firm with a focus on commercial law and litigation that was more flexible and cost efficient in providing outstanding benefits to clients. We have intentionally chosen to distance Grondal Bruining from the “large international law firm model” and accept matters where we can deliver specialised legal advice and service excellence.

“We recognise that clients enjoy the benefits of direct Principal access on each matter supported by an experienced and flexible legal team.”

In developing our firm's point of difference, we considered the challenges faced by in-house lawyers and commercial managers. We focus on working in a transparent way, ensuring that reporting and budgetary expectations are met, and deliver an uncompromised fee advantage.

One of our key motivations when establishing Grondal Bruining was to develop a firm culture that was predominantly focussed on people - our clients, our team, referrers and suppliers.  By placing people at the centre of everything we do, we are able to achieve our mission to help clients build and develop sustainable, profitable businesses. People do business with people, not with a brand, a company or a firm. Further, as an employer we are focussed on developing our people.

Our client experience and transaction list is a snapshot of achievements undertaken by outstanding people working well with each other. Highlighted below are some significant matters we have handled over the last three years that deserve a special mention.

As a team we stand for the values of respect, trust, expertise, flexibility and excellence.  We are working to raise our profile and ensure that we are well known for the value and passion we bring to delivering top tier work that is responsive, agile, cost efficient and commercially astute.

It has been a tremendous three years so far and we would like to take this opportunity to thank our clients, referrers and supporters. With a focus on Commercial Law & Litigation we will continue to grow and strengthen our relationships across our key industry areas including power & utilities, oil & gas, mining, health, agribusiness and general commercial.

We look forward to continuing to achieve successful outcomes for our clients.
